Turkey Divan

Need something yummy to do with that left over thanksgiving turkey?

What you need:

• 9x13 glass pan

• 4 C. Shredded Turkey (cooked)

• 32 oz. broccoli florets / chopped broccoli

• 2 cans of cream of mushroom

• 1 C. Of mayo

• Half of a lemons juice

• 1 - 1 1/2 C. Crumbled Parmesan cheese

• White rice

What to do:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Place (thawed and dried, if frozen) broccoli at the bottom of the pan and even out. Then place the shredded turkey pieces on top the broccoli until completely covered.

3. Whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, mayo, and lemon juice.

4. Spread on top of the turkey. Make sure everything is evenly spread out.

5. Sprinkle Parmesan all over the top and bank until golden brown and bubbling!

6. While this is baking, get your rice on - cook according to package directions. When the divan is finished serve yourself up some rice and top off the with the delicious divan!

7. ENJOY!!

Recipe Notes:

- Also very good with chicken!

- This stuff also makes amazing left overs, it's the only meal that the boyfriend would eat over and over again!
