Best ever home made spaghetti sauce!
What you need:
• 1 lbs. Ground Beef (I prefer ground venison)
• 1 Small Red Onion
• 6 Garlic Cloves, Minced
• 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 16 oz. can Tomato Sauce
• 1 16 oz can diced tomatoes
• 2 6 oz cans tomato paste
• 1/2 C of sliced mushrooms
• 2/3 C beef broth
• 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp dried oregano
• 2 tsp dried basil
• 1 Tbsp Tony's seasoning
• 2 tsp garlic salt
• 1 tsp salt & pepper
• Parmesan cheese for topping
What to do:
1. Brown your choice of meat, add in the tonys seasoning and the garlic salt!
2. In large pot, sauté onions in the olive oil until translucent then add in the minced garlic. Sauté for another minute or so.
3. Add all remaining ingredients:
Tomato sauce
Diced tomatos
Tomato paste
Mushrooms
Broth
Sugar
Worcestershire sauce
Oregano
Basil
Salt
Pepper
4. Bring mixture to a simmer.
5. Add meat into tomato sauce and mix well.
6. Through on top of some noodles and top with Parmesan!! Enjoy!!
The after affect of eating too much spaghetti... (no I did not actually feed Marvin spaghetti) :)
